• The UNICEF Bread for Good project commences on Friday 16th September 2011 and will run for six weeks. All donations must be remitted to The Australian Committee for UNICEF by Friday 4th November 2011. Restaurants can participate over any dates within this time period. • The Australian Committee for UNICEF disclaims any liability or responsibility arising from fundraising undertaken by restaurants as part of the ‘Bread for Good’ project. The United Nations, UNICEF, the Australian Committee for UNICEF, its directors and members of their staff and their contractors, shall not be liable for any financial or other consequences whatsoever arising from fundraising activities conducted by participating restaurants. • Participating restaurants are responsible for ensuring customer donations are remitted to The Australian Committee for UNICEF. Donations may be remitted directly to The Australian Committee for UNICEF or via the Everyday Hero fundraising website (www.breadforgood.com.au) • Participating restaurants are responsible for ensuring adequate financial records are maintained for donations received. • The Bread for Good name and logo are the property of Fairfax Media Ltd. • The UNICEF name and logo are the exclusive property of UNICEF. Unauthorized use of name and logo is prohibited. They may not be copied or reproduced in any way without prior written approval from UNICEF Australia.
